The African Society Foundation (ASOFI) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Registration with a state agency does not constitute endorsement by that agency.

Contributions are solicited only from jurisdictions where ASOFI is properly registered or where an exemption from registration applies. ASOFI does not knowingly solicit contributions from states where charitable registration is required but not yet completed.
